Business Development Center (BDC) is an initiative under the Ministry of Economy and Finance. BDC has been implemented to provide new office space with the aim to mobilize all the initiatives under one infrastructure to provide business support services, facilitate better coordination among key stakeholders, and bring together both private and public infrastructure to co-create and innovate. BDC is strategically located on OCIC Boulevard, which is in the potential zone of commercial hub surrounded by new developments and upcoming high-rise buildings. BDC is to be the commercial office building for creating synergy between government enterprises and private sectors.
The building has a total space of 26,815 sqm and total lettable area of 17,185 sqm. The main facilities include office spaces, cafeteria, gym, auditorium, community hall, and meeting rooms. The building has 4 stories parking spaces covering from 1st floor to 5th floor, which can facilitate up to 150 parking spaces.
The movement of SMEs toward this zone has been shaped some momentum in this first quarter of 2021 despite impact of Covid-19. This office tower will become the leader of standard commercial office building and the magnet attracting and retaining SMEs and Large Enterprises in the zone.
